Scope Of Work
CONSTRUCTION OF BIRD ROCK COASTAL TRAFFIC FLOW IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – PHASE II consists of three modern roundabouts, pop medians, curb, gutter, sidewalks, curb ramps, driveways, pavement resurfacing, landscaping, irrigation, traffic control, signing and striping, street lights, signal removal on La Jolla Boulevard at Camino de La Costa, Forward Street, and Bird Rock Street, Also included On La Jolla Boulevard is a raised landscape median and diagonal parking on the west side of the street between Midway and Camino de La Costa, The plan also includes one mini roundabout at the intersection..between La Jolla Hennosa/Forward, and raised medians at La Jolla Mesa Drive. Also included is Bird Rock Sewer Improvement which consists of installation of approximately two thousand one hundred and sixty six linear feet (2,166 LF) of eight inch sewer mains (8”), Sewer manholes, Sewer laterals, curb ramps and street resurfacing.
