Scope Of Work
The 1906 Lodge is an upscale boutique hotel offering guests a variety of accommodations from elegant rooms overlooking the garden to luxurious suites with fireplaces, spa tubs, and porches to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze. Historic renovation and construction of a new building were both built over a new subterranean parking garage. Structural and architectural period dated construction included casework, dry walling and installation of an elevator.
