Scope Of Work

The 55,540 SF Children’s Museum project was constructed over an existing parking garage adjacent to a high rise building on half of a city block. This tilt-up concrete and glass structure required the largest mobile crane on the West Coast to place panels within 1” of the neighboring Pinnacle Tower. The three-story atrium and a glass chimney provides ventilation, heating and cooling to make this museum an environmentally “green” building.
