Scope Of Work
This 13,400 SF sanctuary building doubles as a fellowship hall and houses administrative offices, infant and toddler classrooms, a kitchen, and lobby featuring a cafe'. The building has structural steel framing with studs made from 100% recyclable materials, a deionizing HVAC system, low-energy lighting system and controls, and cool roof materials for Title 24 compliance.
