Scope Of Work
Erickson-Hall provided professional services at the Program Management level by overseeing the budget and design of the entire campus modernization. This project consisted of replacing the campus utility infrastructure and modernization of all classroom buildings. This project was funded primarily by the Rowland Unified School District Measure R 2006 Bond and had a total program value of $150M.
