Scope Of Work
College Area Pregnancy Services (CAPS) facility is a build-out of a 2,113 SF shell which includes two exam rooms, four meeting rooms, offices and new bathrooms. Sound board was applied in the walls and sound insulation in the ceilings to provide privacy in between consulting rooms. Locating underground waste tie-ins without as-builts required exploratory demolition. In addition, working in a busy shopping center required more coordination for deliveries and trash removal.
