Scope Of Work
Rising from a 17-acre site on Pacific Coast Highway, Pacific City Apartments emphasizes indoor/outdoor living, community interaction, and a beachfront lifestyle. Six residential “neighborhoods” form a crescent surrounding the top-of-the-line amenity building, large pool deck, and a public park. Two below-grade parking levels provide 1,099 parking stalls. Situated atop the concrete parking podium are 516 Type-V residential units situated on four levels. The 12,000 SF amenity building features fitness facilities, an entertainment room, and a meeting area. A custom metal rain screen system on top of the amenity building depicts a wave.
