Scope Of Work
One Santa Fe is a new mixed use Transit Oriented Development located in the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles. The complex rises on four acres of land along Santa Fe Avenue between 1st and 4th Streets. The development includes 438 apartments, 78,000 SF of office and retail space, an art gallery, outdoor gathering space, and a garden. Living spaces and open air study areas are located above the fourth floor terrace, providing views and a unique public plateau for outdoor play and activity.
