Scope Of Work
Bernards served as design-builder for this new six-story, 163,369 SF patient tower which connects to the existing 238-bed Level II Trauma Center hospital. The 120-bed tower features a dedicated maternity floor with 20 Anti-Partum/Post-Partum private room beds, six LDR (Laboor/Delivery/Recovery) private room beds, and two operating rooms for C-Section deliveries. The project scope also included a new loading dock and central utility plant.
