Scope Of Work
The project scope comprised demolition of the original 50-year old facility and the design and construction of a new 65,000 SF replacement camp to accommodate 120 youths. The design scheme features five individual cottages with open dormitory style housing, an administrative/support/education building and various site improvements such as a recreational multi-purpose field, gym, multi-purpose room, surface parking, on-site utilities, and security fencing.
