Scope Of Work

In addition to constructing this 11,200 square-foot OSHPD 3 dialysis clinic, AGI completed the property’s 1.28-acre site development including all new site utilities and offsite street improvements. As part of the interior construction, we completed the infrastructure required for a 25-station clinic; coordinated and constructed a custom high-capacity reverse osmosis water treatment/filtration system; and built a two-hour fire-rated construction separation between the tenant space’s Type-I occupancy and Type-B occupancy areas.
