Scope Of Work
AGI renovated the first floor of this medical office building for OptumCare. The first floor had existing improvements that needed to be demolished before the 7,500 square foot medical office could be built. The project consisted of a dozen new exam rooms with sliding barn doors and custom millwork including all the related equipment and fixtures. The construction also included a new lab, procedure room, staff offices, conference room and lounge.
