Scope Of Work
Remodel of an existing 64,651 multi-story medical office building. Extensive rework of the site for upgraded ADA compliance throughout. Construction consisted of extensive asbestos removal, new ceilings, flooring and LED lighting, roof and HVAC systems replacement, new X-ray rooms, lobbies, pharmacy and exam rooms and all new cabinetry/finishes throughout.
