Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a new 0.67-acre site and 9,200 sf new medical clinic and offices. The only portion of the existing building that was left intact were the (2) walls that were built on the property line, which provided a grandfathered setback. The building construction included wall shoring, shotcrete walls, structural steel envelope retrofit, and structural wood construction. The clinic scope included new sprinkler system, new electrical, water, gas, and sewer service, fire rated ceiling and demising wall, steel framing, MEP/FA/Security systems and various finishes.
