Scope Of Work
AGI developed this 32,000 square foot site which includes an 11,500 square foot building, underground utilities, parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping. The building was built on a zero property line and was constructed with CMU block and Nichiha panels. The interior is a 24 station dialysis clinic with peritoneal dialysis rooms and features a custom high-capacity reverse osmosis water treatment/filtration system and a two-hour fire-rated construction separation between the tenant’s Type-I occupancy and Type-B occupancy areas.
