Scope Of Work
This 3/4 acre site was developed to include an 11,000 square foot building, parking lot, sidewalks and landscaping. The building is CMU block finished with stucco and porcelain tile. The interior is a 25 station dialysis clinic built to OSHPD-3 standards and includes a reverse osmosis room and equipment, dietitian office, exam rooms, and home hemo-dialysis training rooms for home treatment.
