Scope Of Work
This new 21,500 SF two story structural steel frame addition included a 16 bed intensive care unit and a 24 bed medical/surgical unit. A special hanger attachment system that was poured into the slab on grade was utilized for the suspension of all underground utilities. This type of construction insures that if there was any major ground settlement due to seismic or other activity, the below grade utilities would remain completely intact and functional.
