Scope Of Work
Two (2)-story tenant improvement project on Cactus Ave. for Riverside University Health Services. The building is being converted into a medical clinic that will include thirty (30) exam rooms, X-ray machine room, radiology services, and psychologist. The project is anticipated to fill a need in the surrounding Moreno Valley community and support the RUHS Regional Hospital Campus located three (3) miles from this facility.
