Scope Of Work
Oltmans completed of the new 578,000 s.f. tilt-up building in January of 2016 and was subsequently awarded the build out for tenant Munchkin.
The build out includes a 1,705 s.f. addition to the existing office space and a new separate office area of 2,317 s.f. creating a combined office area of 5,296 s.f.
