Floor & Decor Outlets of America occupies one (1) of two (2) LEED Silver Certified buildings built by Oltmans Construction Co.’s shell team in Moreno Valley. Floor & Decor’s warehouse & office space tenant improvements included 10,244 s.f. of office space and 3,813 s.f. of office mezzanine. The project was completed in two phases.

Programmed rooftop packaged heat pump unit & controls
