Scope Of Work
The Flagstaff Department of Economic Security project in Flagstaff, Arizona is a ground-up office project. The 50,000 square foot, three-story building beautifully incorporates into the pines of Northern Arizona. The 7-acre project includes needed site improvements to create multi-tiered parking areas. The site is situated on a hill and involved large cast-in-place retaining walls and significant rock excavation. Great effort was put forth to preserve as many large growth Ponderosa Pines and other native trees as possible and incorporate them into the final site design.
