Scope Of Work
Currently in design review with the City of Scottsdale, Orangedale Court will be new construction of a 15-unit apartment complex designed in to accommodate residents with ADA needs. Each unit is designed with wheelchair access throughout, will have lower elevation kitchen and living surfaces for easier access and various hoisting device options to allow residents the freedom to live on their own. Estimated start: Summer 2016
