Scope Of Work
Skyway Retail is a new retail center in Surprise, AZ, and a part of the 300-acre Skyway Business Park. LGE previously completed construction on several other elements of the complex, including the 420,000 square foot Park Skyway and a 176,000 square foot facility for SW Products. Skyway Retail features 17,416 square feet of retail space. The facility, which just signed its first tenant, Federico’s Mexican Food, includes a 14-foot clear height, attractive parking ratio and available patio space for restaurant tenants.
