Scope Of Work
Now the heart of Old Town, the Scottsdale Entertainment District replaced older, outdated office structures. In 2012, Triyar Companies and LGE Design Build provided the leadership in redeveloping the block into a multi-user bar and restaurant district. Maya Day + Nightclub is an expansive day and nightclub that includes over 8,000 SF of interior space and nearly one half acre of outdoor space. The Dayclub centers around a 6,500 SF pool, cabana grande and 16 private cabanas. Since its opening, Maya Day + Nightclub has been named top nightclub in Arizona. In 2013, the project won the prestigious RED Award for Best Retail Project of the Year.
