Scope Of Work
Furnished and installed parking access and revenue control (PARC) system hardware and software in six Richmond Parking Decks. The hardware, which includes barrier gates, ticket dispensers, and automated payment kiosks, and the facility management software allows the city's parking management company to centrally manage these and other parking decks.
