Driesenga & Associates, Inc. conducted the boundary/topographic survey, geotechnical soils investigation, prepared the site plan and construction documents, and prepared applications and met with various local, county, and state agencies to acquire permits needed for construction.
Throughout the construction phase, Driesenga & Associates, Inc. provided construction staking, materials testing, construction inspection, and construction management. Materials were tested for soil aggregate, concrete, masonry, and steel to verify that all materials met project specifications.
