Scope Of Work
- Pre-construction and construction services for the renovation of an occupied 11-story independent living apartment building
- Renovations began on the first floor and include the lobby entrance, elevator lobby, library and resident corridor wings
- Cosmetic upgrades to floors 2-11 included replacing carpet, tearing down wallpaper, adding chair-rails and replacing lighting fixtures
