Scope Of Work

1.Prime and paint back bar wall and shelves

Requires 1 grey prime 2 coats to cover in a red (Oxblood Red)

Now grey shelves and sides with red and shellac, --apply glaze when application type approved

2.Paint 2 coats below chair rail at dining area, 2 corridors, and 1 bathroom

       Stays the same and includes bar front.

3.Prime and paint walls in basement Prussian Blue

       Stays the same and includes the molding. –now a high gloss from an egg-shell

4.Remove wall paper above booth style seating, skim coat, prime and paint 2 coats Prussian Blue.

       Stays the same

5.Prime and paint 2 bathrooms Prussian Blue

       Stays the same have to add patching at TP holder spots—per brett

6.Prime and Paint 4 doors/frames and casing Prussian Blue

      Stays the same with molding.
