This proposal is based on spraying for all aspects of the project.
Anything preventing the spraying of the first two coats will be additional costs as a change order.
Conditions include no grid in ceiling, no carpet or tile, nor base.
- Prime and paint new walls interior 3 coat system— (approx. 5,735 sq. ft.)
- Prime and paint drywall ceilings/soffits (approx. 200 sq. ft.)
- Paint idea paint area, (to be level 5 prior to application) –approx. 80 sq. ft.
- Paint open area ceiling dryfall to achieve full coverage. (approx. 4,540 sq. ft.)
- Prime and paint 10 door frames according to finish schedule and detail 5/A7.1
- Prime and paint one door
