Scope Of Work
Rothwell Construction was awarded the 9,211 SF ESCE building for the Grain Valley School District on a Design / Build delivery method. Competing against top firms from across the region, the award of this project notice that RCI was playing an active role in the eastern Jackson market. Working with the assistance of Davidson Brown , the team design and constructed a first class educational facility that is positioned to the education of special needs children in a growing community. Jeff Vanderpool as the Senior Project Manager with Cary Case as the project Superintendent. The facility opened ahead of schedule and was delivered in time for the 2010-2011 school year.
