Scope Of Work

Firefighters supply an essential service to every community and as such need their station to be top of the line and highly functional.  Rothwell Construction happily stepped up to the challenge when selected to improve and up-date the fire station in Chillicothe, Missouri.  Bob Richards heads the RCI team as Senior Project manager, working in tandem with WSKF to ensure the needs of the fire station and the City of Chillicothe are met every step of the way.  Gary Sims keeps the job site running efficiently and cost effectively as the onsite Superintendent.  In this project, the existing structure will have an internal demolition and remodel, with additional space being added to the building and to the existing apparatus bay.  The work will take place without interfering with the everyday job of the fire department, which will continuingly the community for the duration of the construction.  Rothwell Construction is ready for the challenge and excited to be working with the City of Chillicothe.
