Scope Of Work
Quinn is proud to announce the progress of a very high profile project; namely, the Philadelphia Parking Authority’s Garage Restoration at the Philadelphia Airport. The project was Engineered through O & S Associates of Blue Bell, PA, and involved the mechanical removal of unsound concrete areas to various depths, cleaning of reinforcing steel, an application of corrosion inhibitors, and replacement of the areas with high strength concrete. Quinn’s ability to turnover completed areas in a timely fashion has put the property owners in a position to get their spaces back into service with slip resistant high performance floor coatings that are as durable as they are attractive. The project was finalized with fresh parking and directional striping to suit the owners requirements
