Scope Of Work
The Overton Hotel and Conference Center is a landmark for the City of Lubbock. Located on the corner of Mac Davis Lane and Avenue X, near the Texas Tech University campus, the high end finish hotel and conference center is a benefit not only to the City of Lubbock, but to the University as well. The hotel is 15 stories, with 304 rooms. Amenities include a 4,900-sf restaurant/bar/lounge, an outdoor pool, fitness center and business center. The conference center is approximately 47,600-sf, with an 11,800-sf ballroom, 4,600-sf of additional meeting space, and two 500-sf boardrooms.
