Scope Of Work

Majority Builders was selected to build this 315,000 square foot facility located at 5555 Dylan Drive, South Bend, IN. The precast concrete building has a total of 30 truck docks - 15 on the west side and 15 on the east side. There are 29 large HVAC RTUs (roof top units) that will heat and cool the building. Office space at the front includes a large locker room, expansive restrooms and a large breakroom. This project was completed on time.
