Scope Of Work
The Victoria Independent School District planned for two new, high-end state-of-the-art buildings dedicated to the performing arts and to swimming competitions. The performing arts center is a 1600-seat auditorium with stages for theatrical, musical and dance performances and equipped with professional motorized rigging equipment and lighting features. Beyond the arts center, VCC completed construction on the aquatic center with a 7-lane competition pool that meets Olympic regulations. As both buildings were constructed simultaneously, the site was kept safe for the students and staff, and construction did not interrupt the classes held within the adjacent high school.
