Scope Of Work
Located in Pismo Beach, California, the new Inn at the Pier hotel is in a prominent location near the beach. The location is also attractive as it is where many residents and visitors frequent to enjoy a diversity of activities from swimming and playing sports to tourist activities.
VCC’s scope of work includes the new construction of an 89,731 square foot, three story structure. This structure includes 1,795 square feet of commercial retail space, 2,150 square feet of meeting and/or dining room space, and a 775 square-foot business center. Our scope of work also extended to construction of parking spaces both above and below ground, as well as a rooftop pool.
