Scope Of Work
Oxford Exchange is a traditional power center, with large retail tenants and multiple anchor stores. Located off Interstate 20 in central Alabama, it consists entirely of new construction. Several tenants required detailed interior finishes, and all tenant deadlines were met despite steel supply delays.
