Scope Of Work
Middletown Commons is a big box retail power center located in eastern Louisville. VCC was responsible for new ground-up construction of 185,000 square feet spanning an inline row of shops and four outparcel buildings. GBT Realty, the developer for the project, is a repeat client of ours, and we successfully completed full tenant build outs of an Academy Sports, Ross Dress for Less, Rue 21, among many other stores for this project. Variations of white boxes were turned over to other tenants such as Five Below, AT&T, Firehouse Subs and Chipotle.
