Scope Of Work

An award-wining LEED Certified Gold project, this newly constructed office complex includes a four-story office building, an adjacent one-story annex building and an attached three-level covered and secured parking garage that has access from each level directly into the building. The office building serves the federal government agency on a suburban seven-acre site that was cleared and prepared by demolishing one building and by performing a careful asbestos abatement. Nearly each room within the building has a special purpose, many of them with special construction details included.

VCC was successful in meeting all green-building requirements and coordinating a challenging project site to complete the GSA office building on-time and on-budget.
