Scope Of Work
Tyler Technologies needed the new space to blend seamlessly with its campus located across the street. As such, the Abstract team had to ensure consistency in design, branding, and functionality across both buildings.
Abstract Construction was charged with realizing the client’s vision for an innovative, sleek, and professional work environment that would appeal to new technology professionals, many of whom are millennials.
Across every area—the cubicles, phone room, kitchen, offices, and conference room—the Abstract team oversaw every detail. The company branding, which included color variations of blue, green, brown, and orange earth tones, were present throughout the design, from the kitchen chairs to the lounge area carpeting. Oversized windows welcomed plenty of natural light, and the entire space reflected a clean line design with contemporary, no-frills furniture and accessories.
Abstract Construction managed the project from beginning to completion, overseeing all subcontractors to ensure deadlines were met.
Tyler Technologies’ new office space was delivered on time and on budget. The client’s vision for an innovative form-meets-function office expansion was successfully realized.
