Scope Of Work
Adding to the skyline of downtown Austin, Texas, this new 16-story, 282,000-SF apartment tower at the corner of 3rd and Brazos streets includes 268 multifamily units, 10,000 SF of ground-floor commercial lease space and a 130,000-SF parking garage. The 11 stories of residences are constructed over a five-story cast-in-place concrete parking garage. Exterior materials include natural stone veneer at the street level; a combination of brick, stone and glass at the residential units; and infill aluminum screens at the parking garage. Upscale amenities include an expansive pool and deck, fitness center, business center, coffee bar and lounge.
