Scope Of Work
Currently under construction, Fifth & West residences will be a premier 39-story condominium tower in downtown Austin, Texas. These luxury condos will include 154 units, nine levels of parking (five levels below-grade), an outdoor pool, a pet park and an amenities . This project is a joint venture with Gilbane Construction.
