MD355 Bridge over CSXT Railroad May 2017, Hetzer was awarded a $7.6-million dollar contract to replace an existing bridge on MD355 over CSXT Railroad south Frederick, MD. includes a temporary ACROW truss bridg, centerline sheetpile shoring for support excavation, H-pile foundations, 430-CY footing concrete, 535-CY substructure concrete, a single span steel plate girder bridge, concrete superstructure, significant roadway . Significant unforeseen utility relocation delays were mutually resolved by Hetzer SHA. A late summer 2020 completion is anticipated.
