The commercial needs of the prestigious tenant roster often conflict with agency timelines. In addition, managing multiple projects for a changing tenant population requires close coordination among all parties.

SOLUTION

When a new world-class restaurant moved into the space formerly occupied by the Four Seasons, the New York expediting consultants at Metropolis shortened the FDNY inspection period from two months to two days. Metropolis also maintains ongoing communication with tenants, owners, developers, and design professionals regarding all active construction projects.
