48 Lot Development Project in Amelia with New client.
Sites existing Erosion concerns from the EPA were handled directly with their representative to ensure proper erosion control from site was in place. No change orders required. Project was completed ahead of developer's schedule. Our client was very satisfied with the condition of the site throughout and after the construction process.
