Scope Of Work

The expansion of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Complex included extensive site work development, new secure housing facilities, new support services – booking and sallyport, food service / kitchen addition and renovations, complete replacement of security detention and access control systems, as well as renovations and repurposing of existing secure and support spaces. The project was constructed in phases due to the secure occupied status of the facility. Site work and utility development was completed first to support the existing facilities and all future master program needs. The new housing addition was next to be completed followed by the new support services allowing those new spaces to be utilized and occupied prior to the renovation activities. The new and renovated detention facilities were fully fitted with video visitation systems.
