Scope Of Work
This new K-8 campus funded by FLDOE Special Funds consists of more than 40 acres of site improvements including new site water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage systems. New underground primary power systems will be installed to replace outdated overhead electrical power. The new campus will be fully sprinkled requiring installation of new site fire protection systems, and will include cafeteria, auditorium, media center, music rooms, administrative offices, classrooms, and athletic facilities.
