Patrick J. Beirne's Bio
Patrick is a home building veteran with more than 29 years of industry experience all at PulteGroup, Inc. He has a diverse and proven track record of operational excellence, sound strategic planning and an ability to excel in competitive markets and environments that require infrastructure and business development.
As central area president at PulteGroup, Inc., and a member of the its executive team, he helped create the strategy for the firm’s long term vision, oversaw operations in 10 states and consistently grew the operation and balance sheet faster than other Pulte operations, delivering the highest internal rate of return (the firm’s highest priority) and inventory turns. Patrick’s success was facilitated by his career-long belief in building the needed infrastructure to support consistent growth from having the support of sound human resources to selecting the right land in the right location and collecting metrics to evaluate and continue to challenge his teams to achieve operational excellence.
He also served as area president of the central area and regional president of the western United States. As a part of the executive team, he worked on creating the strategy for the firm’s long-term vision and directed half of the U.S. homebuilding operations. Patrick worked with each market to drive key initiatives that focused on profitable growth through segmentation, product quality, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and people development.
Patrick was a key partner in the acquisition and creation of Nelson Pipeline Constructors, LLC, in April 2015 and is currently Chairman of the company. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and is a Licensed General Contractor (Florida). Patrick is a member of the Urban Land Institute and was a Director at Volunteers of America, Colorado Branch, Junior Achievement, Rocky Mountain, Inc.

Jeff Reckard's Bio
Jeff oversees estimating proposals for the firm and his scope of work encompasses supporting growth strategies including managing the development of all qualifications, proposals and interviews and maximizing the utility and usefulness of the company’s operations effectiveness.
He works closely with the firm’s president, project managers and other leadership for maximum effectiveness. Jeff has spent the majority of his more than 40-year career in the construction industry –specifically in underground utilities. Prior to joining Nelson Pipeline Constructors in 2015, he worked for several large construction companies in the Denver metropolitan area working in the estimating role.
Throughout the years, Jeff has followed his passion for improving his skills in the estimating field. He began his career as a laborer, became a foreman and then worked as an estimator. He has proven to be a successful asset to every company with which he has worked.

Brian Hall's Bio
Brian has extensive financial construction experience including budgeting & forecasting, cost/project accounting, OSHA compliance, contract negotiation & pricing, project management, and insurance and risk mitigation. Most recently, Brian worked as the VP of Finance at Iron Woman Construction and has held similar positions at CRSS, RK Mechanical, LONG Building Technologies and was the owner of M&D Construction. Additionally, he worked in public accounting auditing large Ernst & Young clients.
Brian earned bachelor degrees in accounting and business administration from Southern Utah University, and Masters of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.

Isaac Valdez's Bio
Isaac manages the daily safety operations of Nelson Pipeline Constructors to ensure each and every employee, client and members of the general public are exposed to safe work sites that comply fully with all applicable regulatory requirements and project-specific requirements set forth by each client.
Isaac works closely with the project management team to engineer and execute safe excavation plans for each project that are compliant with OSHA requirements and guidelines. He also conducts on-site monthly safety meetings, develops and maintains the firm’s competent person programs and trains employees to understand and identify all of the safety aspects of each jobsite. Additionally, Iinvestigates all accidents and violations in order to prevent additional accidents and assists with the recruiting, hiring and training of new field crew members.
Isaac has a multitude of experience including 12+ years in the oil-field and construction industries and is very knowledgeable in OSHA regulations. He has completed the OHSA 10-Hour General Industry and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry courses and holds several professional certifications: OSHA 501 Trainer Certification to train general industry, PEC Safeland and H2S Clear Instructor.
