Scope Of Work
Sweetwater Preserve is a new residential community developed by Starlight Homes to service the growing needs of Dawsonville, Georgia. Magnum Contracting was retained to clear 30 acres, cut and fill 161,529 cubic yards of fill dirt, install 21,716 linear feet of storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water lines. Magnum was able to finish this project 6 weeks ahead of schedule while maintaining the original budget.
