Scope Of Work
This was a fast-tracked high school student parking expansion project (over 150 cars) that was completed in seven weeks. The project was approximately two acres, and first required the demolition of a former daycare center. The area was at a low elevation, which required dirt to be imported in to bring up the site for the placement of base and asphalt. Storm drainage system was installed to connect to the existing utility system. Site lighting and fencing were additional elements.
